- Click
the "My Account"
button on the top navigation bar and click
"Create a New Account".
- Fill
in all required information and click "Create
Account" (if you are requesting
to be a wholesale buyer, please fax your
Tax ID certificate to 276-686-4921.)
- Browse
the website and add the products that you
wish to purchase to your shopping cart by
clicking the "Add to Cart"
button on the details page of the product.
- Click
the "Shopping Cart"
button to review or change information about
your order. You may change quantities and
other information about the products that
you are ordering once you click the "Shopping
Cart" button. Do this by highlighting
the product to be changed and entering the
new information in the boxes on the left
bottom area of your screen then clicking
the "Update Item" button.
You may remove items from your shopping cart
by highlighting the product that you do not
wish to purchase and clicking the "Remove
Item" button.
- Click
the "Checkout"
button. Review your billing and shipping
information and make changes directly on
this screen.
- Select
your payment information on the bottom left
corner of the screen and then click "Print
Order" to print a copy of your
order for your records.
- Click
"Finalize Order"
to complete and send your order.
- You
will be emailed a confirmation once we receive

Order On-Line:
Place
an order by following the on-line ordering
process. Choose items which you would like
to purchase, add them to your shopping cart,
when you click through to checkout. Simply
fill in your billing, shipping and payment
information, then submit your order for processing.

regard the security of the information that
you provide to us very important and confidential.
We use the SSL protocol to protect the security
of your online order information. This technology
encrypts your order information to protect
it from being decoded by anyone other than
our company.
Once you enter
the checkout page your computer will begin communicating with our
server in secure mode. The way for you to tell when you are in secure
mode is by checking your address bar. The "http" in the
web address will be replaced by "https". If your browser
does not support SSL, you can get an upgrade at Microsoft's or Netscape's
home page.

place a phone order.
Fax
Your Order:
Print out your shopping cart
and add your credit card information (name
on card, card type, card number and expiration
